Numerous reports of flooding are coming in and it isn’t getting much better as these storms are just moving over the same areas over and over.

(One Report from NWS Des Moines) lucas county law enforcement reports court avenue is closed on the west side of chariton due to 6 to 8 inches of water over the road. cars which attempted to drive through the water have stalled.
(Here’s another from NWS Des Moines) evacuating portion of a trailer court caused by back up of small creek that empties into middle river. This is in Indianola.
