The Storm Prediction Center has issued a TORNADO Watch in effect until 10pm for the following counties in Iowa, BUENA VISTA, CHEROKEE, CLAY, DICKINSON, EMMET, IDA, KOSSUTH, LYON, MONONA, O`BRIEN, OSCEOLA, PALO ALTO, PLYMOUTH, SIOUX, WINNEBAGO, and WOODBURY.
