There is a slight risk for Severe Weather today for Iowa mainly north of US Hwy 34 or along and north of a line from Burlington to Ottumwa to Creston to Glenwood. The main threats will be large hail, damaging winds and isolated tornadoes. The tornado threat is heightened more today than in past days due to wind shear in the upper levels. The higher threat for isolated tornadoes is mainly along and north of US Hwy 20 up to the Iowa Minnesota Border. A slight risk also exists tomorrow as well for the entire state of Iowa.
