A line of Strong thunderstorms are situated along the US Hwy 20 Corridor from Jesup (on the Black Hawk-Buchanan County line westward to just west of Ft. Dodge. Right now there is no warnings in effect but that could change at anytime with these thunderstorms. The individual cells continue to move to the east as the line itself moves slowly to the south at about 15-20 mph. Another storm which is severe (although has lost some of its punch) is moving into Lyon County in NW Iowa. Also a few storms are located near Sioux City and some showers and embedded thunderstorms are moving into Iowa between Sioux City and Omaha.
