A line of thunderstorms (some strong) extended from Cresco to Charles City to Webster City to Ogden to Audubon to Council Bluffs. These storms are moving to the east and southeast around 30-35 mph. These storms will produce heavy rain, small hail (maybe up to 3/4 inch diameter) winds to 50mph, and dangerous lightning. As soon as the rain ends the threat of anymore storms the rest of the night will end. Dew Points in NW Iowa have fallen into the 40s and 50s with gusty NW winds.
