The cell that was tracking across NW Iowa the last few hours has weakened significantly, however it has merged with the southern extension of the storms that have been producing torrid amounts of Severe Weather in Minnesota, including tornadoes. The radar shows the merger happening in NE Kossuth county and NW Winneabago county near Buffalo Center and Rake, near the Minnesota border. It will be interesting to see what takes place. Also a Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for 2 counties west of Beatrice NE. Could the line fill in between that? We’ll see.
