A line of developing showers and thunderstorms is moving into NW Lyon County near the town of Larchwood. Otherwise the rest of the state remains quiet, hot and humid as the cold front nears the state. Some severe warned storms are SE of Keokuk in west central Illinois, but they are moving away from the state to the NE and should only effect anyone that is traveling toward Springfield Illinois.
