The Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Buchanan and Delaware Counties has expired. The storm is still strong and will effect northern Delaware, northern Dubuque and southern Clayton counties for the next hour. Radar showed other showers and thunderstorms from Clinton to West Union, and another line from Dunkerton to Malcom to Knoxville moving east at 25-30 mph. These storms will have the capability to produce up to pea sized hail, winds to 40mph and brief heavy rain.
