The Storm Prediction Center has outlined a Slight Risk for Severe Weather for Tuesday for areas in Iowa south of a line from Dubuque to Hamburg. This would include Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Quad Cities, Burlington, Ottumwa and Des Moines. The Main threats from Tuesday activity will be large hail and damaging winds. The tornado threat will be focused more south and east of Iowa.
