A few thunderstorms were located south of Atlantic in Cass County, a few other thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Eddyville to Albia to Cincinnati. These storms have been moving very slowly at about 10 mph. Estimated rainfall with the storms in southern Iowa are over 5 inches which has occurred in only the last few hours. Very interesting to see if a Flash Flood Warning is issued soon. Other storms are weakening in the state.
