The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Tornado Watch which is in effect until 10pm for the following counties in Iowa, Appanoose, Clarke, Davis, Decatur, Lucas, Mahaska, Marion, Monroe, Wapello, Warren, Wayne, Des Moines, Henry, Jefferson, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott, Van Buren and Washington.
