The National Weather Service in Sioux Falls has extended the Blizzard Warning for the following counties, Lyon, Osceola, Dickinson, Sioux, OBrien, Clay, Cherokee, Buena Vista and Ida. It goes into effect Saturday afternoon and is in effect until late Sunday afternoon. Snowfall accumulations of 8-12 inches with heavier totals along with Blizzard conditions will be possible in the warning area Saturday into Sunday.
