* AT 955 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 4 MILES NORTHEAST OF DALLAS CENTER…OR 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF DES MOINES…AND WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

MADRID AND 8 MILES NORTHWEST OF POLK CITY BY 1010 PM CDT…
