Morning Lows this morning included, -1° at Estherville, 1° at Spencer and Mason City, 2° at Algona, Charles City and Decorah, 3° at Fort Dodge and Sheldon, 4° at Orange City and 5° at LeMars, Storm Lake, Webster City, Clarion, Marshalltown, Waterloo and Oelwein. The remainder of the state was in the single digits this morning north of Interstate 80 while it was in the teens to the south. This will be the last cold day of this cold snap with highs generally in the 20s and 30s, before temperatures rebound to average readings by the weekend with highs in the 40s to around 50.
