The National Weather Service has expanded the Flash Flood Watch to include the following counties, Appanoose, Black Hawk, Bremer, Butler, Davis, Grundy, Jasper, Lucas, Mahaska, Marion, Marshall, Monroe, Poweshiek, Tama, Wapello and Wayne. It will be in effect until Noon Sunday. Heavy rain expected tonight may lead to flash flooding over already saturated frozen ground in this area.
