Wind continues to be the main factor tonight with gusty northwest winds. Wind Chills have fallen below zero in NW and NC Iowa, where temperatures are in the single digits and low teens. Temperatures will continue falling tonight into the single digits and teens statewide, with a few places possibly going below zero. If there was a pronounced snowpack on the ground, easily everyone would drop below zero tonight.
