Winds are beginning to shift to the south in the western part of the state this afternoon. That will bring in warmer weather on Saturday with many places going above freezing for the first time in awhile. However it will not last as another push of cold air will move in on Super Bowl Sunday bringing temperatures back down into the teens for highs by Groundhog Day Monday.
