Yesterday morning -34° at Waterloo, just a day and a few hours later at 11am this morning the temperature has blasted upward to 23°. A few places have even cracked the freezing mark, a long cry from the -15 to -35 degree readings. This is due to a warm front that has moved across the state in advance of another clipper that is moving through today. Light snow, and even some freezing drizzle will be possible today. Any accumulations will be light.
