Welcome to the new layout for Iowa-Skywarn.org, which is part of the new backend system for the site to hopefully make it easier to keep up to date.

Unfortunately the transfer for the message board did not go as planned so the forums are not currently available, which I hope to remedy soon. In the mean time most of the other content from the site is available including watches & warnings, as well as the Hazardous Weather Outlooks.

I am also experimenting with automated posting of a limited number of warnings & messages on the main page, primarily consisting of Tornado Warnings, Child Abduction Emergency (aka AMBER Alert), as well as various non-weather emergency messages.
