All of Iowa

Adding on

Snow is currently moving through the state this evening. Some locations in the southern part of the state could see the snow mix with sleet or a little freezing rain for the next few hours before it changes to all snow. Snow should end by sunrise tomorrow morning across the state with a few flurries hanging around in the eastern part of the state through the morning hours before clearing. Roads are becoming troublesome with the new snow, with some roads 100% snow or ice covered in western Iowa. Road Conditions will likely deteriorate this evening as the snow moves through before recovering tomorrow. Another storm is expected in Monday and Tuesday that will usher the bitterly cold temperatures that have been experienced in Alaska and Yukon and Nunavut the last few days. Highs then may struggle to get above zero with lows in the negative teens likely.
