An Ice Storm Warning is in effect until through this afternoon for the following counties, Winneshiek, Allamakee, Fayette, Clayton, Buchanan, Delaware, Benton, Linn, Poweshiek, Iowa, Johnson, Mahaska, Keokuk, Washington, Monroe, Wapello, Jefferson, Appanoose and Davis. This is where ice accumulations could reach 1/2 inch. A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for areas east of Interstate 35 where there could be snow accumulation of 2-5 inches possible.
