The wind is beginning to die down slightly, but with the bitter cold and even a light breeze, wind chills will still be dangerously cold. With that, A Wind Chill Warning is in effect for most of the state except NE and southern and SW Iowa where a Wind Chill Advisory is in effect. Wind Chills will be between -20 and -35° throughout the night into tomorrow morning. Lows tonight will range from -5 and -20° across the state with highs on Monday climbing to the single digits above and below zero. The next storm will move in late Monday night and last through the early part of Christmas Eve (Wednesday).
