All of Iowa

Below Zero Again

Lows this morning fell below zero again in northern Iowa with the fresh snow pack. The coldest readings were -4° at Clarion and Fort Dodge, with -3° in Mason City and -2° in Charles City. Most locations south of US Hwy 20 stayed above zero, with SE Iowa seeing lows in the lower teens due to the cloudiness hanging around longer down there. Burlington only fell to 15°. It will be cold today with highs in the upper teens to mid to upper 20s, with partly to mostly sunny skies. The next big storm is expected by this weekend.
