SUPERB WEEKEND: Nothing really more we can say about the weekend ahead. Mainly sunny conditions and temperatures in the 70s and 80s for highs. Will be no issues for any sporting event today. Clouds will be increasing late Sunday with the approach of the next storm system that looks to move in well after sunset Sunday night and through the day on Monday.

COLD AIR CLIPPER: With regards to the old Pan American Airways and their use of the “clipper” name on many of their aircraft, this storm system will be similar to that of a clipper we typically see in the Winter as it flies into the state. Rain and temperatures held down in the 50s and lower 60s Monday will give way to slightly warmer conditions Tuesday with 60s to near 70 and then back to near seasonal levels from Wednesday on before the next “clipper” comes at the end of the week into the following weekend.

REBOUND THE TEMP: Farther out, there looks to be no real big pushes of cold air after the second clipper at this time with temperatures near seasonal readings and rainfall looking scarce again. We’ve seen about everything past the 7-10 day time period over the last week, so we don’t have much confidence beyond that at this time.
