STORMS: Showers & Thunderstorms are expected to form late today in Southwest Iowa and the Storm Prediction Center currently has a Slight Risk for Severe Weather on it. We will continue to monitor.
OVERALL CLEAR WEATHER: Clear Weather will prevail over the next couple of days as a Upper Level ridge moves in and brings Iowa 90’s to possibly 100 degree temperatures with it.
OFF-AND-ON STORM CHANCES: Storm chances are in the forecast with the GFS and NAM showing a Eastern Iowa system bringing them desperate rain Saturday into Monday. Accumulation totals could reach a half inch.
