DRY WEATHER CONTINUES: The dry and slowly warming temperatures will be the main weather story over the next couple of days into the upcoming weekend. Readings will warm up into the 80s and 90s by this weekend, with humidity returning as well. This could lead to heat indices approaching 100 once again.
WHERE’S THE RAIN?: We promise there is rain, just hardly any of it around here. A few isolated showers and storms developed yesterday afternoon but they were widely scattered at best. No real rain chance appears again until late Sunday into Monday with a frontal system forecast to move in. The chance of rain looks to be between 20-30%. Temperatures will cool back into the 80s early next week.
FARTHER OUT: No real trends developing with regards to the middle to end of the month. This current run looks to show seasonal readings with a few chances of showers and thunderstorms. If the weather continues to remain dry however, warmer than average readings maybe possible with drier conditions remaining into the middle to end of June.
