The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma has issued Mesoscale Discussion #923, concerning a possible watch for Western Iowa, which currently holds a Very Likely chance, 95% to be exact, for it to be issued. Convective Development is expected to rapidly increase within the hour, with supercells and severe weather likely. At this time, we predict this will be a Severe Thunderstorm Watch that will last until 11PM, but more details will have to be gained from the SPC. Stay tuned for further updates.
