Some Urban and small stream Flood Advisories currently in effect. Howard and Winneshiek county until 10:15 PM. Mitchell until 9:45 PM. Chickasaw until 9:45 PM. Floyd until 8:45 PM. This is due to the very heavy rainfall with the strong thunderstorms moving across the northern tier of counties in Iowa. These storms are still moving north at about 20 mph.
