RAINY DAY: It will be a mostly rainy day across the state especially during the afternoon and evening hours. Some of the rain could be moderate to heavy at times with 1 to perhaps 2″ possible by the time the storm departs on Friday. Some storms could be strong, but most of the severe weather should remain to the south and southwest of the state.

WARMING UP: Temperatures will cool off into the 50s and lower 60s for the next few days before climbing back into the 70s early next week. There could be some isolated chances of some rain next week, but most of the time will be dry.

SEVERAL STORMS: There are a few storms still past the 7 day time period that will need to have an eye kept on them. Several could bring decent rainfall and possibly some strong to severe storms. None of the storms at this time look anything like the system that came through the area on Saturday, but model runs can change and we’ll keep pinpointing it in future forecast videos.
