SNOWY END TO WEEK: Snow will move into the state today and move out later this evening. Amounts will range from a dusting to a little over an inch. Some places could receive a little more. Travel shouldn’t be too much of a problem, but just be weary on the bridges and overpasses.

WINTRY MIX : Another storm moves in Tuesday with a chance of some rain snow mix given that temperatures will be at or above freezing across the state. Moisture looks to be limited so any amounts will be light. Things may change however on later runs.

COLD FEB?: The model runs have been all over the place with regards to the first two weeks of February, from snow storms and cold, to warm and pleasant. This run brings back the cold weather but with little precipitation involved. Within a few days, two strong high pressure systems will drop south out of Canada bringing the cold air with it. We’ll see if this continues on later runs, but it doesn’t look to be overly cold at this time at least.
