The National Weather Service in La Crosse and the Quad Cities have issued a Winter Weather Advisory from early Friday morning through Friday evening for Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette, Floyd, Howard, Mitchell, Winneshiek, Buchanan, Delaware, Dubuque, Benton, Linn, Jones, Jackson and Clinton counties. Snowfall amounts will range between 3-6″ in the advisory area. Snow will begin early Friday morning and last through the day before ending Friday evening. Road conditions are likely to be impacted as well.
