NOTE: There will be no forecast videos through Monday.
BREEZY WEEKEND: It will be quite breezy across the state today and tomorrow ahead of a storm system that will move across the state during the day on Sunday. The southerly winds will be sustained at 10-20mph with gusts to over 30 at times. This will cause temperatures to climb well into the 50s across the state with some areas even topping 60°. It will be dry with only an isolated shower possible with the frontal passage Sunday afternoon. Amounts will be light, less than a tenth of an inch. Temperatures will cool back off into next week. The next storm looks to move in by the following weekend. We’ll have more time to look at this over the next few model runs.
THANKSGIVING: Although the holiday is still under two weeks away, we’ll continue to take quick glances at any possible storm systems that may effect the state and the region during the holiday. Right now, it still looks ok with seasonal temperatures and partly to mostly sunny skies. There could be some precip on Friday for shoppers but it looks slight at this time.
