Showers and isolated thunderstorms continue across the eastern half of the state. There has been some heavy amounts of rain but most places have received at least a half inch of rain with some areas seeing as much as 2-3″. After the rain moves out later this evening. We will be in store a long dry spell once more, but temperatures will be below average through the rest of the Labor Day Weekend with temps rising to seasonal temps by the end of the week into the following weekend.
