Isolated Showers diminishing

The VERY isolated showers, mainly in the eastern part of the state are beginning to dissipate. However in the next hour any shower could produce brief downpours of rain. One such shower went over my location in Springville (east of Cedar Rapids) and produced a good downpour for about 5 minutes. The showers are moving very slowly due to weak steering currents. The sky should be clear by midnight with temperatures dropping into the upper 50s to mid 60s across the state.
