The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma has extended the Slight Risk of Severe Weather for Today to Include a Small Portion of Northeast Iowa. Storms are expected to start developing in North Dakota and Portions of South Dakota and eventually make there way Eastward into Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the Great Lakes. There is a small chance that these storms will extend into Iowa, but it is possible. The only threats of these storms are mainly Large Hail and Damaging Winds in Excess of 58 Miles Per Hour. There is also a Flash Flooding threat in some of the areas in Northeast Iowa, but that threat is slowly diminishing. As always, The Tornado Threat can not be ruled out. We will continue to monitor this situation and bring you the latest updates as they come in.

UPDATE 3:06PM: At this time, the threat remains for tonight. Storms could develop there way down to Northwest Iowa is currently what the SPC is saying, Still the threat for tonight seems Isolated.
