The Storm Prediction Center has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 11am this morning for the following counties, Benton, Buchanan, Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Iowa, Jackson, Johnson, Jones, Keokuk, Linn, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott, Washington, Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette, Floyd, Howard, Mitchell and Winneshiek. Storms moving through the central counties of the state are continuing their eastward trek. Damaging wind will be the main threat with these storms along with some heavy rainfall.
