THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.
RAINFALL ESTIMATES OF AROUND AN INCH HAS ALREADY FALLEN ACROSS THE
AREA WITH AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES EXPECTED THROUGH 10 PM CDT.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE…
