* AT 1148 PM CDT…NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS STORM WAS LOCATED 10 MILES EAST OF HUXLEY…OR 15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF AMES…AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE…MARSHALLTOWN…STATE CENTER…COLLINS…COLO…RHODES…MELBOURNE…ST. ANTHONY…CLEMONS AND ALBION.
