INDICATED FLASH FLOODING FROM THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WARNED AREA. THE WARNED AREA SAW EXCESSIVE RAINFALL JUST LAST NIGHT…AND NEW HEAVY RAIN WILL IMMEDIATELY RUN OFF…AND RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING. AREAS THAT CONTINUE TO BE FLOODED IN CLARK COUNTY…WILL WORSEN AS NEW FLOODING DEVELOPS.
