Three Tornadoes Confirmed in Iowa From Tuesday

Three tornadoes have been confirmed so far in the state of Iowa. All three occurred in Clinton County last night with the same thunderstorm complex. Damage was mainly confined to trees and outbuildings except in the Low Moor tornado which hit the Royal Pines Mobile Home Park just west of Clinton (should be noted this same mobile home park was nearly hit by the April tornado last year). Some mobile homes were flipped and some gas leaks were reported. Everyone was accounted for at the Mobile Home park with only a few injuries. The other tornadoes confirmed were just across the river in Illinois which went from the east side of East Moline to Rapids City (EF2) that injured 10 and a mile wide EF2 tornado that was on the ground for 16 miles from Good Hope IL (north of Macomb) to south of St. Augustine IL (in northwestern Fulton County IL). There could be more tornadoes confirmed later on.
