The latest radar this afternoon shows a large swath of snow north of Interstate 80. The vast majority of this is light, with the exception of northwest Iowa where light-to-moderate snow is occurring. Snow is expected to increase this evening statewide with the whole state being all snow by this evening. This will be right in the middle of rush hour, so traffic problems can be expected. Please drive safely if you do have to be out there tonight. Mostly all roads across northwest Iowa are completely covered with snow with many more partially-to-mostly covered.
