* AT 508 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATED TWO
TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN THE WARNED AREA.
FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
