A look at the radar on this Saturday morning shows widespread showers and thunderstorms overspreading the region from Rapid City>Pierre>Sioux City>Omaha>Kansas City>Joplin. These storms have initiated off of a couple low pressure centers hiding out over the plains this morning. Storms are moving generally northward, but as the low spins farther east, most areas west of Interstate 35 will likely be rain covered by this evening. Severe weather is not anticipated with this system.
