A line of strong to near-severe thunderstorms are currently moving through the Siouxland area of northwest Iowa at this time. These storms are capable of producing some dime to penny sized hail and winds gusting to 40-50mph. A few of the stronger storms over northeastern Nebraska have produced hail over quarter sized late this afternoon. These storms will continue to move east and northeast through this evening with hail and wind being the main threats. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect for the western and northwestern counties of the state until 1am Thursday Morning.
