TORNADO WAS LOCATED 15 MILES WEST OF LAKE MILLS…OR 17 MILES
NORTHWEST OF FOREST CITY…MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

HAZARD…TORNADO.

IMPACT…FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
