* AT 244 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED REPEATED THUNDERSTORMS
PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN. AS MUCH AS 2 1/2 TO 3 INCHES HAVE ALREADY
FALLEN. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED. FLASH FLOODING IS
EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY ESPECIALLY WITHIN THE NORTH CEDAR CREEK
WATERSHED.
