The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, Oklahoma has posted Mesoscale Discussion #324, highlighting expected severe weather potential across the state this evening and that a Severe Thunderstorm Watch is likely to be issued within the next couple of hours as storms rapidly develop.
Any supercells that form tonight will initially have a very large hail and isolated tornado threat. The threat will begin to transition to a straight-line wind threat overnight. Localized flooding is also possible.
