NOAA All-Hazards weather radio transmitter WXL94 at Waterloo is off the air due to a possible telephone line problem. Technicians have been notified and are working on the problem. It is unknown when service will be restored. WXL94 services the following Iowa counties: Butler, Grundy, Bremer, Black Hawk, Floyd, Chickasaw, Fayette, and Buchanan.
