The storms from last night did not amount to anything as the Storm Prediction Center forecasted, however further activity is possible later this morning. Thunderstorms are expected to develop from eastern Iowa into Missouri by mid-morning with the system rapidly moving in Illinois this afternoon. The system is expected to become further organized in Illinois and Indiana, where the bulk of the severe weather will take place.
