ANOTHER PUSH: Cooler air will move into the state later today which looks to last through the weekend. This will also bring about perhaps an isolated shower Friday and Saturday although most places could get by with little if anything. Highs today will be in the 50s and 60s. Readings will cool down slightly into the 50s through the weekend with some 40s possible as well. Lows will be in the 30s each night.

NW FLOW GOES ON: Another disturbance moves through Sunday night into Monday morning that could bring a little better chance at some rain across the state albeit still light. A stronger system comes down the flow Tuesday into early Wednesday which looks to bring even colder air down with it. There will be some light rain Tuesday across the state but this may changeover to a wintry mix Tuesday night into Wednesday morning and there may even be some snow. There has been some hints that there could be some accumulating snow with this, but given the warm ground temperatures this is unlikely. There is still a lot of uncertainty regarding this system, but more will be known in the coming days. Just stay tuned.

THROUGH OCTOBER: The cold air looks to continue through at least the end of the month before readings begin to moderate around Halloween into the first of November. A system around the 28th-29th could bring some rain or even a wintry mix to the state at that time as well, but it looks light regardless of the precipitation at this point.
